Five for Friday


I am linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday.

1. I finished posting the fifth graders, Trees of Life on my board this week. This idea came from the blog Art Projects for Kids. I have gotten lots of great feedback about these paintings from the teachers and parents.
2.  The fourth graders finished working on their newspaper collage cats. I got this idea from the blog Fine Lines and the kids loved making them!
3. Thumbs up from the kindergarteners on the Do a dot paint. They loved using this paint to make flowers this week.

4.  Today I got an early start, so I awarded myself with an Apple Chai Tea from Starbucks. That really gave me a great start for a long day: )

5.  WOOOHOOOOO, it's Friday !!!!!!!!!!
 I found this pin and thought it expressed what I plan to do this weekend.

    Hi.
    I love the cat collages. I'm sure your students loved making them.

      Thanks, My 4th graders really got into making them. I was surprised at how much of a hit they were.
